Relinquishments are made by appointment only and on a space available basis. Please fill out an application using the form below and one of our Board Members will reach out to you as fast as possible.

To relinquish an animal to us you need to be a member of the Military and the animal needs to be registered on base under your name.

Only registered owners can relinquish an animal to us, no foster or friend of the previous owner.
